TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SCRABME LOYALTY PROGRAMME
§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Rules set out the rules of operation of the Loyalty Programme conducted by Scrabme sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-855) at Wały Piastowskie 1/1508, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, NIP: 5833534679, REGON: 54136950000000, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser". 
- The Loyalty Programme is run in the online shop at www.scrabme.com. 
- The Loyalty Programme is designed to reward customers who make purchases from the Organiser's online shop by awarding them points that can be exchanged for discounts on subsequent purchases. 
- The Loyalty Programme Regulations are available at www.scrabme.com. 
§ 2
DEFINITIONS
- Loyalty programme - a discount programme organised by Scrabme sp. z o.o., in which participants collect points for purchases and can exchange them for discounts. 
- Participant - a natural person with full legal capacity who has registered with the Organiser's online shop and joined the Loyalty Programme. 
- Participant's account - the Participant's individual account in the Organiser's online shop, where points are accumulated as part of the Loyalty Programme. 
- Points - units awarded to the Participant for purchases made in the Organiser's online shop, which can be exchanged for discounts. 
§ 3
ACCESSION TO THE PROGRAMME
- Participation in the Loyalty Programme is voluntary and free of charge. 
- To join the Loyalty Programme, you must: - register in the online shop www.scrabme.com,
- read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
 
- Each Participant can only have one Participant Account in the Loyalty Programme. 
§ 4
RULES FOR THE AWARD OF POINTS
- Points are awarded for purchases made in the online shop www.scrabme.com. 
- For every zloty (PLN 1) spent, the Participant receives 1 point. 
- Points are calculated on the order value after all discounts and promotions have been taken into account and before delivery costs are added. 
- Points are awarded once the order has been successfully completed (once it has been paid for and dispatched). 
- Points are rounded to the nearest whole number. 
- In the event that a product is returned or the sales contract is cancelled, the points awarded for the purchase of that product are deducted from the Participant's Account. 
- The Organiser reserves the right to award additional points within the timeframe of the promotions, of which Participants will be informed via the website or email. 
§ 5
RULES FOR THE USE OF POINTS
- Accumulated points can be exchanged for discounts on subsequent purchases. 
- The conversion rate for exchanging points for a discount is: 20 points = £1 discount. 
- The participant can choose to use any number of accumulated points when placing an order. 
- The discount obtained from the exchange of points is calculated on the order value including VAT. 
- The organiser does not set an upper limit on the discount that can be obtained when redeeming points. 
- Discounts obtained by redeeming points are not cumulative with other promotions and discount codes, unless the terms and conditions of a particular promotion state otherwise. 
§ 6
VALIDITY OF POINTS
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date of award. 
- After the expiry of the validity period, unused points are automatically deleted from the Participant's Account. 
- The Organiser may extend the validity period of points under special promotions, of which Participants will be informed. 
§ 7
COMPLAINTS
- Any complaints regarding the Loyalty Programme, including the accrual and use of points, must be made by email to: biuro@scrabme.com or in writing to the Organiser's registered office address. 
- The complaint should include the Participant's name, the email address used during registration, a description of the problem and the Participant's request. 
- Complaints are dealt with within 14 days of receipt. 
- A response to the complaint shall be sent to the Participant's email address provided in the complaint or by any other means provided by the Participant. 
§ 8
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- The organiser is the administrator of the Participants' personal data. 
- Participants' personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (RODO) and the Personal Data Protection Act. 
- Participants' personal data is processed for the purpose of the Loyalty Programme, including the accrual and use of points. 
- Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available at www.scrabme.com. 
§ 9
AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAMME
- The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
- Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to Participants via the website www.scrabme.com or email at least 14 days prior to their implementation. 
- The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time by notifying Participants at least 30 days before the planned termination date. 
- In the event of termination of the Loyalty Programme, Participants will be able to use the accumulated points within 30 days from the date of termination of the Programme. 
§ 10
FINAL PROVISIONS
- Matters not covered by these Rules shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code. 
- Any disputes arising from participation in the Loyalty Programme will be settled by a competent court of law. 
- The regulations shall enter into force on 12.03.2025.
