Terms and conditions for the Electronic Gift Card of the Scrabme.com online shop

I. General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the purchase and redemption of electronic gift cards (hereinafter: "Gift Cards") at the Scrabme.com online shop (hereinafter: "Shop").
  2. The issuer of the Gift Cards is Scrabme sp. z.o.o. NIP: 5833534679.
  3. The Gift Card is an electronic voucher which entitles you to make purchases in the Shop.
  4. The maximum face value of the Gift Card is PLN 1,000.

II. Purchase of the Gift Card

  1. The purchase of the Gift Card can only be made in the Shop.
  2. Payment for the Gift Card can be made using the electronic payment methods available in the Shop.
  3. Once the purchase has been made, an electronic Gift Card containing a unique code will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer.

III. Redemption of the Gift Card

  1. The Gift Card can only be redeemed in the Shop.
  2. When placing an order in the Shop, the Buyer enters the unique Gift Card code in the designated field.
  3. The value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the order value.
  4. If the value of the order is higher than the value of the Gift Card, the Buyer is obliged to pay the difference using the payment methods available in the Shop.
  5. If the value of the order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the unused amount is not refundable.
  6. The Gift Card can be used once or repeatedly until the funds are exhausted.
  7. The Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash.

IV. Validity of the Gift Card

  1. The Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Once the expiry date has passed, the Gift Card will no longer be valid and any unused funds will be forfeited.

V. Complaints and Returns

  1. Complaints regarding Gift Cards can be made by e-mail to the following address zwroty@scrabme.com.
  2. It is possible to return the Gift Card within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not yet been redeemed.

VI. Final Provisions

  1. The shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
  2. In matters not covered by these rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. These Rules of Procedure shall enter into force on .
